02Email Marketing
You may voluntarily join our mailing list to receive event-planning information, company updates, and promotional offers.
Providing an email address for a quote or event does not automatically enroll you in marketing emails unless you separately select the marketing option or ask to subscribe.
Marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent us from sending necessary communications about a quote, contract, payment, or scheduled event.
We do not sell, rent, or trade our mailing list.
03Event Photographs and Media
We may photograph our casino tables, equipment, signs, backdrops, and completed event setups for documentation, portfolio, social-media, and marketing purposes.
Clients may opt out of equipment or setup photography by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the event.
We will not intentionally publish photographs or videos that clearly identify guests for marketing purposes without appropriate permission under the event agreement, a separate release, or applicable law. We will not intentionally use an identifiable image of a minor for marketing without written permission from the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
You may contact us to request that we discontinue future use or remove media from channels under our control. We may not be able to retrieve printed materials, archived content, or media copied or shared by third parties.
